I'm kind of back....

Hello to all my "peeps". How are you today? I am free and relieved from my friend (who we will call CC from this point on).

I will start at the beginning of this 2 weeks of hell.

I was sleeping nice and sound when out of nowhere I get a phone call from my friend asking me directions to my place. She was outside of DC. What the hell? This is 2:30 a.m. and she is asking me for directions and telling me that she is 2 hours away? Mind you she was coming from Wisconsin.

I gave her the best directions I could muster at the time of the morning. She showed up as I was getting ready to leave for work. I had lots to do so I had to go. She needed the rest anyway. I went and did my work and came home early. She was still asleep and I didn't bother her.

She woke up soon after to some well timed dropping of some pans I was "washing". She came out and told me why she was here. Well, it turns out that she was supposed to get married a few weeks ago and backed out a few days prior. The pressure was too much for her and she told her family and fiancee that she would be going to "find herself". She would call when she arrived where she was going. I immediatly thought of "The Runaway Bride". The last thing I needed was a "missing" person at my place.

I agreed that she probably did the right thing and had expressed how I wished she had called before coming. She was afraid that I would talk her out of it. Which I would have! So now she is here and is a weepy mess. We stayed up late many nights talking about life, past, present and future. All was good, but then she started to run out of money! No biggie I was glad to help.

She obviously wised up and went back home better off (I hope). She was just not ready to get married. She has a great beau in WI but it's not her time and he is now understanding that.

Well, now here comes the part that makes me want to gouge out her eyes.

I had just bought a webcam a few days prior to her coming here. She is a "chatter" to so when I would be in bed reading or watching Letterman she was showing her tits on MY cam. Well, my dog had startled her and she would up knocking it off my desk and breaking it. I had barely used it! I was so pissed!

Then the reason for me deleting my original blog was because she had read it! I was so pissed, scared and did I say pissed? She said that it was our secret but I am not sure how well that goes over with me. So I deleted it and dropped little notes when she was showering or out and about. Brings me to what an emailer asked me a while ago, how would I react if my blog was found my friends and family! Well, I guess I answered that question. Freak out and delete almost a years worth of blogging thats what.

Not to mention she was just a nut and not letting me in to use my own computer. That was uncool. We eventually talked that one out and resolved that.

Back to her running out of money. I had bought and even borrowed her some money needed some money for gas to get home. She recieved some money yesterday and I cashed it for her and she was set to pay me back. Well, I woke up this morning to see her car was gone and no answer on her cell phone. What the hell is that all about? No good-byes, no thank yous nothing! So needless to say I am hostile today! I went and bought a 6-pack as promised and have already had 2...may need to get some more! What a crock!

So that is my last 2-weeks in a nutshell! Sorry I have been away but I have lived and breathed CC for the last 2 weeks. She is still a very good friend but why use me like that? She said that she chose me to come see because I was the furthest away. Makes sense but if your going to be a grubby mooch it comprimises our freindship!

Anyway, good news is I am back and all yours.

4:03 P.M.

Well, I finally had a phone call from CC. We cleared things up and it seems that there was some miscommunication. I didn't think there was but thats what she says. I still gave her an earful with plenty of expletives for her to think of how she screwed me. I also added the picture up top just in case she decides to come back and check out my blog. I know it is for public viewing but I am not 100% comfortable with freinds or family reading about what their friend and daughter is doing. Maybe that will be a topic to be discussed at a later date.
